1. Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?

We work with several trusted suppliers in the UK, EU and overseas.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses and arrive separately.


2. How long will my order take to arrive?

UK Warehouse: 2–5 business days

EU Warehouse: 4–7 business days

Overseas Warehouse (e.g., China): 7–14 business days

You will receive a tracking link as soon as each item is shipped.


3. Why is my tracking link not updating?

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update, depending on the courier.
If it shows “pre-shipment” or “waiting for courier,” the item is already with the supplier and on its way.


4. What happens if I miss delivery for a large item (bed, sofa, furniture)?

Large items require someone to be present at delivery.
If delivery is missed, couriers may not attempt a second delivery due to high transport costs.
In this case, the item will go to a local depot and
you will need to arrange collection or re-delivery directly with the courier using your tracking number.
Livoshop is not responsible for missed delivery attempts.


5. Do you offer free returns?

Faulty or damaged item: You will receive a replacement or refund.
Most suppliers do not require the item returned once photos are provided.

Change of mind: Customer pays the return postage.

We do not offer prepaid return labels unless stated otherwise.


6. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email info@livoshop.co.uk with:

Order number

Photos/videos of the issue
We will replace or refund the item.


7. Can I return a large or bulky item?

Yes, but supplier approval is required first.
Return shipping for furniture may be expensive and is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.


8. Why does my item look slightly different from the photo?

Colours may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences.
If the product is significantly different, contact us and we will assist you.


9. Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

We can only change the address before the order has been shipped.
Once dispatched, the courier must be contacted directly.


10. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
We do not offer international delivery due to high shipping costs and supplier limitations.


11. Why are some products delivered so fast and others slower?

Because we have suppliers in multiple locations: UK, EU and overseas.
Shipping speed depends on where each product is stocked.


12. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel only if the order has not been processed.
Once shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
